Napa Valley Travel

When planning Napa Valley travel, you should understand the key areas that make up the majority of Napa Valley. Calistoga, St. Helena, Oakville/Rutherford, Yountville, and Napa are towns that offer winery tours, pleasant accommodations, and other activities that tourists can add to their Napa Valley travel itinerary. As Napa Valley is well known for its wine, adults will find plenty to do, but children may not be quite as thrilled.

Arkansas Cabin Vacation
When my wife started looking at Arkansas cabins as a destination for our vacation, I thought she was crazy. We are both music aficionados, forced by our jobs to toil in the relative obscurity of suburban Detroit, so when we have the time to take a vacation, we like to go to a place where we can hear music, loud and live, and in plenty. Some place like New York City, or at least St. Louis. There is Little Rock in Arkansas. Ozark mountain cabins are not exactly the center of the club scene.

Napa Vally Wine

It is well known that one of the must things to do when visiting or vacationing in Northern California is to go on Napa Valley wine tours.  There are over 300 wineries in this region, and every one features some kind of wine-tasting event, wine appreciation class, or wine/grape-related activity.  There are straight-up Napa Valley wine tours, wherein a group visits two or three (or more) wineries, tastes a number of varietals, and has a guided informational that covers everything from revealing the interesting history of the particular winery to introducing new wines to the guests on the tours.  But then there are unique Napa Valley wine tours—including the vehicle the guests are driven in, the accompanying entertainment, and the bonus amenities at each winery stop.

New England Vacations

One of the more classic (and classy) of the Napa Valley wine tours is the limousine tour: you choose a six- or eight-hour tour.  You schedule a pick-up destination for your party.  And you are chauffeured from the spot in a stretch limousine, taken along the gorgeous hills and into the valleys of the Napa/Sonoma areas while you start with complimentary champagne, visit four or five wineries, and get expert lessons and advice at a “state-of-the-art” winemaking facility.  Then, the limousine takes your party for a catered gourmet picnic lunch, Varity of cakes , also featured at one of the wineries—so you can enjoy the panorama of hills and vineyard colors, smells, and subtle nature sounds.  I discovered by way of Beau Wine Tours that this is one fine way to sample, learn, and fall in love with the area.

North Carolina Beach House

What is that special place that you refer to as home? Come on, we all have that one special place. You know the one where you attended high school and basically grew up with close friends and family. I have to say for me that place is Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Yep, that's home for me. After spending 15 years of my life there, I can honestly tell you that it's an amazing place. Truly, all biases aside; I'm pretty positive you would like North Carolina. Well, I guess if you don't like the warm bright sun, beautiful green grass and trees, and beaches that go on forever, then you may not like it. However, if that sounds all too tempting, then what you need is a North Carolina beach house. If you've yet to experience the east coast, then man are you missing out.

North Carolina Houses For Sale

Where do you call home? You know, that place you can kick back with a glint of nostalgia in your eye. Your parents probably live nearby, and the stress levels seem to dissipate. At least this is my personal experience with that place I call home. I actually didn't know what place that was for a very long time. Sure, I spent the greater portion of my life there, but how can we know any place is home until we venture out and experience other places? So this is what I did. After a number of travels, and living in three other states for several years, I came to the conclusion that I had a particular home. For me that place is Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Luckily for me, my wife is from there as well. Have you checked out the current North Carolina houses for sale? Maybe this state is your home too.
